performance roll up in real time. Every transition records the
operator's PIN, timestamp, action, and any weights or notes.
BHO, Resinator, and Solventless workflows — each with the right inputs for that process (columns, socks, butane, micron, wash counts, press temps).
Sub-batch splitting and combining. Track parent → child relationships and consumed-by lineage. Yields roll up automatically.

Compliance & Audit
Audit-first, by design.
Every action in Toru5 is captured in a structured audit trail and tied to
the operator who made it. Login history, batch transitions, time-clock
punches, and order touches all carry an operator PIN and a timestamp. When
a regulator or auditor asks who did what and when, the answer is a query —
not a forensic rebuild from spreadsheets.
Per-action attribution. Every batch transition records operator PIN, timestamp, the action, and any field changes. Reconstruct a batch's full history from the timeline — no spreadsheet diving required.
Login history. Full table of who logged in (and who tried), from what IP, with what user agent. Failed PIN attempts are flagged for admin review.
AES-256-GCM credential storage. Tenant API keys are encrypted at rest with a server-side secret. A full database leak doesn't expose your integrations.
Row-level security in Postgres. Even if a bug slips through the application layer, the database itself refuses to leak one tenant's data to another.
Soft-delete with timeline restore. A trashed batch keeps its full history; one click returns it to the exact stage it was at. Nothing is gone for good unless an admin says so.

The audit framework, credential encryption, and per-tenant schema are in place today. The end-to-end Metrc API workflow — package creation, transfers, tag pool consumption, sandbox toggle, and multi-state routing (CO, CA, OR, MI) — is in active development. Sales & LeafLink
Orders in, batches out, commission tracked.
LeafLink is wired in both directions. Orders pull into Toru5 as they're
placed; fulfillment status pushes back. Sales reps see their accounts,
open orders, and commission in real time — without anyone running CSVs
between systems.
Order sync with configurable history window (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, all-time). New orders flow in automatically once activated.
Product mapping — link your internal SKUs to LeafLink parent IDs and categories so inventory pushes flow to the right line.
Sales station dashboard — monthly revenue breakdown, sales by product table, 30-day and all-time views.
Per-rep commission calculated automatically from order totals at a tenant-configured rate, with monthly and YTD breakdowns.
Accounts CRM — every LeafLink customer becomes a Toru5 account with order count, revenue, average days between orders, and last-activity timestamp.
Account groups and buyer assignment so reps can segment their book and the manager can see who owns what.
Rep Hub activity logging — record calls, visits, and emails against each account with outcome and notes, and read the full contact-history timeline and order cadence at a glance.

Time clock is built into the same app your crew already uses — no second
system, no separate PIN. Punches are IP-gated to your facility so nobody
clocks in from home. State-correct overtime, salary handling, and per-rep
commission all roll up to a CSV your bookkeeper can drop straight into the
payroll provider.
IP-gated punches. Lock the time clock to your facility's IP so employees can't clock in from home.
Configurable state overtime rules — set daily and weekly thresholds per tenant (12/40, 8/40, federal, or your own). Set it once, applied automatically.
Sick day flag on punches so PTO/sick hours don't get counted toward overtime accidentally.
Configurable pay period with anchor date and length (14 days standard, but flexible) and week-start day.
Per-employee time card with last 15 punches, total hours this period, and total OT.
Salary employees are excluded from hourly OT math but still tracked for attendance.

Every metric in Toru5 is calculated from the actual batch history — not a
spreadsheet you have to keep in sync. Yields, costs, and quality grades are
sliced by strain, by grower, by product type, and by operator so you can
see who and what is making you money.
Yield by strain — expected vs. actual, with deltas highlighted, so you know which strains are over- or under-performing your model.
COGS per unit assembled from material cost, labor allocation, and consumables for every batch — feeds straight into wholesale pricing.
Grower profitability — total spend, average yield, cost per pound of finished product per material source.
RTA (Reduced Testing) tracking — consecutive passes, qualification dates, and pending batches that count toward the next milestone.
Operator performance — hours per stage, batches handled, throughput. Useful for capacity planning and bonus structures.
Audit-side reporting — login history, action attribution, and full batch action history for any compliance officer who asks.
